Southern Potter Snowmobile Club
May 18, 2019
The May meeting of the SPSC was called to order at 909 AM by President J. Fox. In attendance was : Kathy Parsons, Dave Pavelosky, Dahl Eppinger, Monique Bates, John Greeley, Janet Pankake, and Matt Bollinger.
Secretaries Report: M. Bollinger read the minutes of the March meeting . The April meeting was cancelled. The minutes were accepted by motion of J. Greeley and J. Pankake all in favor motion passed.
Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of D. Pavelosky and D. Eppinger, all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: The club received a donation in the amount of 2,107.84 from the Pigeon Hill Snowmobile club because their club had dissolved. They mention of not being able to fulfill club officers or attract new members. The money will be designated for trail maintenance. A letter from DCNR was received requesting information on the IMP groomer that we received from them by grant. M. Bollinger will handle this.
Old Business: J. Fox has hats and a couple jackets left. J. Pankake said if we need anything else she can get it if needed. J. Fox said if possible the SKANDIK needs picked up at the Cherry Springs store.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: Matt stated that some late arriving memberships have had money for the raffle in them which was already called, so he started the 2020 drive raffle awhile.
Trails: Dave provided an update on the list of trail work to be completed during the summer months. Specifically we needed no ATV signs put up.
Membership: still coming in , businesses are down
Summer Picnic/appreciation banquet: The banquet will be held at Kaytees on 6/15/2019 at 5 pm for members who helped on the trails during the previous year. The picnic will be decided at a later date.
Board of Directors: No Businesess
New Business: J. Fox attended the PSSA spring meeting and reported that the monthly paper from PSSA will be discontinued and instead emailed to those who sign up. Discussion of this topic was rather heated and met with some discontent. Member felt that due to a lot of them not having access to the internet or a computer it will be difficult to stay informed.
Good and Welfare: No ATV signs need made. J. Pankake made a motion to have J. Greeley 2nd by D. Pavelosky all in favor motion carried. Herb Herman donated a drag and 2 freighter sleds to the club. J. Greeley made a motion to offer memberships for the year 2020 to the PHSC and if possible invite any leftover members to our picnic. The motion was 2nd by D. Pavelosky and all were in favor.

March 16, 2019
The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order at 0927 hrs. by president Fox. Attending were: Bill Swords, Kathy Parsons, Dave Pavelosky, George Bollinger, Dahl Eppinger, Janet Pankake, Monique Bates, John Greeley, John Fox, and Matt Bollinger.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: December minutes were passed by Greeley, Pankake motion which passed unanimously . January and February minutes were passed by motion of Greeley, Eppinger , which passed unanimously. The treasures report for January and February were approved by a Pankake , Eppinger motion , which passed unanimously. J. Pankake gave the status of the calendar account and lottery drawings to date. That was passed and accepted unanimously on a G. Bollinger, Pavelosky motion.
Correspondences: A letter of Friends of Lymen Run was received asking if we would consider being a contributing member to the organization. Brief discussion was we have always been a supporting member and will continue at a 50 dollar donation on a motion by Pavelosky , Greeley motion which passed unanimously.
Old Business: The PSSA raffle tickets were received and the club will buy a total amount of 40 dollars for a chance at vendor vouchers. Pankake, and Eppinger motion , which passed unanimously. Matt reported that he spoke to the club insurance agent regarding unauthorized use of our club trails in the off season, and is the club liable. As long as the club has the trails posted properly , we have done our due diligence in the matter and we would still be represented appropriately. The officers will work on additional signs.
Committee Reports:
Trails - Pavelosky reported efforts to close the trial system is nearing.
Membership - No report
Kids Ride - Greeley reported it was held March 9 and 28 people attended and had a good time. It was held at the Austin Dam.
Board of Directors: None
New Business: Election of club officers will remain the same for year 2019 with George Bollinger filling a BOD position term to expire 2021 on a Pankake, Pavelosky motion which passed unanimously . A donation of 100 dollars will be made in appreciation to the Austin Dam committee on a Greeley, Pavelosky motion, which passed unanimously.
Good and Welfare: DCNR meeting is April 2 at 6 pm. Meeting Adjourned at 1103 on a Pankake, Pavelosky motion, which passed unanimously .

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was cancelled due to the club trip to Canada. A total of 19 members attended a trip to La Cabanon Canada from Feb. 9 to the 17th. There was no business conducted.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 09:20 AM. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, Janet Pankake, Bill Swords, John Greeley, Monique Bates, Dave Pavelosky, and Kathy Parsons.
Secretaries and Treasurer Reports: Matt read minutes and financial reports. Motion by D. Pavelosky ,2nd by J. Pankake to approve the minutes and financial report , all in favor, motion carried. J. Pankake also gave an update on the calendar account balance and expenses.
Correspondences: A letter was received from the Austin Ambulance regarding joining the ambulance club for the year 2019. After brief discussion it was decided it would be an extra insurance policy for the members while working on trails. D. Pavelosky made a motion second by J. Greeley to donate 60 dollars to join. All in favor, motion Passed.
Old Business: Trip to Canada: Janet said she just needed to get a few more sizes of the members going on the trip for jackets. It was brought up again what is the club paying for on the trip. After brief discussion J. Greeley made a motion that the club pay 2 nights stay and 2 dinners, second by D. Pavelosky, all in favor , motion passed.
Committee Reports:
Trails: Dave says all gates and trails are open
Membership: 175 business and general memberships are mailed. The 50 /50 raffle is at 215 dollars.
New Years Party: Janet bringing ham, Kathy Mac and cheese , Matt Potatoe.
Board of Directors: Groomers are ready to go , Skandic is running and will be taken to Cherry Spring Store for trail maintenance up there. A motion was made by D. Pavelosky to donate 300 dollars to the East Fork Sportsmans Club for the use of the building as we do every year second by J. Greeley, all in favor motion passed.
Bush dam Ride: Scheduled when Canada trip is planned. May need cancelled.
New Business: None
Good and Welfare: Next Meeting 1/19/19 @ 4pm before New Years Party.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0938 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, Dave Pavelosky, Kathy Parsons, Bill Swords and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes and financial reports. A motion J. Pankake, 2nd by D. Pavelosky to accept the secretaries report, all in favor, motion passed. A motion was made to accept the treasures report by D.Pavelosky 2nd by B. Swords, all in favor , motion passed.
Correspondences: NONE
Old Business: J. Fox reported on the Powersports show attendance and activities . The club was able to sell calendars , memberships, and 50/50 tickets. There was a lot fewer sleds this year in the coral. Regarding the club trip to Canada next year it was decided to cap the cost of a club jacket for those going along at 30 dollars. The trip will be from Feb. 10- the 17th next year.
Committee Reports:
Raffles - J. Pankake said she has the calendars out and has very few left
Trails - D. Pavelosky gave a list of trail maintenance items and stayted things are in pretty good shape for the upcoming season. The stones needed down at Birch Run have been dumped and spread.
Membership - M. Bollinger stated the memberships were still being made up.

Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is December 15 ,2018. The club will donate a calendar to Ed Lawver again this year.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0910 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, Dave Pavelosky, Dahl Eppinger, Kathy Parsons and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes and financial reports. A motion D. Eppinger, 2nd by D. Pavelosky to accept the secretaries report, all in favor, motion passed. A motion was made to accept the treasurer's report by D.Pavelosky 2nd by D. Eppinger, all in favor, motion passed.
Correspondences: A letter was received by the Austin Pride Committee asking for a donation for community events. J. Pankake feels we should donate 100 dollars to them. D. Eppinger made a motion 2nd by D. Pavelosky to send the organization 100 dollars, all were in favor, motion passed.
Old Business: There was some discussion regarding shirts and jackets for club members attending the trip to Canada next year. All discussion was tabled for a future meeting when J. Greeley could attend.
Committee Reports:
Raffles - J. Pankake has the calendars ready
Trails - D. Pavelosky gave a list of trail maintenance items and scheduled a work detail for 9/22/2018. J Fox advised that a few of our bridges needed some minor surface work.
Membership - M. Bollinger stated the memberships were in the beginning stages of preparation.

New Business: A change was made to next years appreciation banquet. It will be held in July At the EFSC instead.
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is November 17,2018 as there is a scheduled function at the club in October. J. Fox informed everyone he was working on getting thingfs together for the PSSA show in October and some help.

Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of Greeley and Daugherty, all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: Friends of Lyman Run annual supporting renewal. By Motion of Greeley and Pankake to send the $50.00 donation.
Old Business: Discussion of proposed club trip. Greeley and Guise will bring back info on Yellowstone and Maine for the September meeting.

Trails: J. Fox stated 2 pipes to be installed on railroad bed, 1 on schoolhouse. Chains are missing on the bridge in Wharton. Fox will check with the gas company about replacement. No new info on the pipe at camp survivor where the trail is not straight.

Appreciation Dinner/picnic: Has been cancelled due to the Corona. It will now be combined with the picnic and will be held on September 19th at 1 pm. Notifications for a head count will go out on facebook.

The March meeting of the SPSC was called to order at 0923 am by President J. Fox. In attendance was : John Greeley, Monique Bates, Clair Daugherty, Bill Swords, George Bollinger.
Secretaries Report: M. Bollinger read the minutes of the February meeting that were prepared by B. Swords. . The minutes were accepted by motion of G. Bollinger and J. Greeley all in favor motion passed.
Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of B. Swords and G. Bollinger all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: The PSSA spring meet will be April 18 . J. Fox will be attending. The state forest meeting for our district is cancelled for April.
Old Business: It was decided to have the appreciation dinner this year at Kaytees and will be May 16 by motion of Bates and Daugherty , all were in favor. Fox will make the arrangements and contact those who qualify. Members if interested were to bring back ideas for a club trip in the 2021 season.

The February meeting of the SPSC was called to order at 9:15 AM by President J. Fox. In attendance were: Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, Janet Pankake, John Fox, and Claire Daugherty.
Secretaries Report: There were no previous meeting minutes to read at this time.
Treasures Report: There was no financial report to read at this time. Janet reported on the calendar account balance.
Correspondences: V&V Insurance sent the policies for the equipment. Bill offered to make enough copies to go in all equipment.
Old Business: Discussed Appreciation Dinner and it was suggested that we have it on May 16th @ 6:00 PM following a brief meeting at 5:00 PM. Options for dinner included Steak or Chicken as was offered last year. John will check with KayTee’s on availability and further discussion to follow.

Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of D. Guise and J. Pankake all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: Matt informed the membership of the upcoming DCNR meeting.
Old Business: J. Fox reported that we have not yet set up a time to talk to other neighboring forest districts Signs need reposted at bridges.
Committee Reports:
- Raffles: Will be called at the Party following meeting
- Trails: J. Fox said Gene would be helping to groom trails if needed and wanted to get more members involved in grooming activities.
- Membership: Matt said membership status is at 141 with 6 businesses.
Board of Directors: J. Fox said D. Eppinger has moved away for the time being and was not able to fulfill his BOD position. It was decided on a Pankake J. Greeley motion to install C. Daugherty to fill his remaining term , all in favor motion passed.
New Business: It was brought up that we need to start thinking if the club would like to do a trip for the year 2021. Members will report back with options and opinions.

The November meeting of the SPSC was called to order at 910 AM by President J. Fox. In attendance was : Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, John Greeley, Janet Pankake, John Fox, Matt Bollinger, and Jeff Lee.
Secretaries Report: M. Bollinger read the minutes of the September meeting . The minutes were accepted by motion of J. Greeley and J. Pankake all in favor motion passed.
Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of J. Greeley and D.Pavelosky, all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: M. Bollinger informed the membership that he had heard back from the Pigeon Hill Snowmobile Club and would be sending memberships to those who were members of that club before it dissolved.
Old Business: J. Fox reported that the Powersports show was attended better then previous years. We sold 30 books and 27 memberships.

September 21, 2019
The September meeting of the SPSC was called to order at 920 AM by President J. Fox. In attendance was : Bill Swords, George Bollinger, Clair Daugherty, Dave Pavelosky, John Greeley, Nate Cheek, Angie Cheek, Janet Pankake, John Fox, Matt Bollinger, Ean Troxell, Ted Snyder, Adam Zeigler, and Theo Zeigler.
Secretaries Report: M. Bollinger read the minutes of the May meeting . The minutes were accepted by motion of J. Greeley and D. Pavelosky all in favor motion passed.
Treasures Report: M. Bollinger read the financial report. The report was approved by motion of J. Pankake and C. Daugherty, all in favor motion passed.
Correspondences: J. Fox informed the club members of the passing of Mary Ellen Wallace. She and her husband were both involved in the PSSA. Her death was unexpected. A letter was sent per the clubs request to the PHSC thanking them for the donation and requested a list of members at the time of the clubs dissolution. J. Greeley and D. Pavelosky made a motion to approve 80 dollars to purchase the PSSA raffle tickets as we do every year. All in favor , motion passed.
Old Business: No more jackets left , Janet has a couple hats. The September issue of the Keystone Snowmobiler was available for reading.

Board of Directors: Oct. DCNR meeting notice was given and Matt informed directors that the DCNR groomer was no longer going to be tracked by the state on their inventory lists.
New Business: J. Fox will take care of reserving rooms for the PSSA show for the help that is attending at the club booth. The club will have the usual items for sale like hats, memberships , calendars, and a 50/50.
Good and Welfare: The October meeting is cancelled due to another event at the club that day. B. Swords advised of the need to try to direct more traffic to the web site via business memberships and facebook. Since Matt cannot handle all this Nate and Angie Cheek will be handling the website updates through the season and Mo Bates will be added to the facebook page as a contributor to post pictures of conditions and events.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0915 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, Janet Pankake, John Greeley, Monique Bates, David Keim and Duane Sterner.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the March meeting and on a unanimous motion by G. Bollinger and Pankake they were approved. Matt and Janet also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Swords was approved.
Correspondences: There was none.
Old Business: The trail groomer drags are in the process of being upgraded. The PSSA spring meet is on April 21 from 7-9 pm via zoom. Some members do not have internet access to attend. The appreciation dinner has been changed to be held at the Pine Creek Inn due to the fire at Katies and will be at 5 pm. G. Bollinger and Fox will get together with invite names.
Committee Reports:
Membership: 133 with 8 businesses.
Trails: Dave. Pavelosky advised the work details will be held June, July and August on the last 2 Saturdays of each month. St. Mary’s club has a bridge available if the club is interested. G. Bollinger and G. Greeley will go look at it and report back to the membership.
Board of Directors: No report
New Business: Discussion of a club trip will begin at the Sept. meeting.
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is September 18 at 9 am.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0915 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, Janet Pankake, John Greeley, Monique Bates, Ted Snyder, Sherry Snyder,Randy Shaffer,Christine Brown, Travis Brown, and Clair Daugherty.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the February meeting and on a unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Pankake they were approved. Matt and Janet also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Greeley was approved.
Correspondences: John Fox was still waiting to hear if the PSSA spring meet was being held.
Old Business: The groomers are both fixed and John Fox told the membership it took 9 days to get the axle shipped last month. It was motioned by Greeley and Pankake to donate 300 dollars to Mr. Long for the use of his building in the repairs to the groomer. All were in favor and the motion passed.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: No active raffle.
Trails: Dave. Pavelosky gave the trail report as follows: Pipe below the EFSC is out of the ground, the bridge at J. lehmans needs the sides replaced. It was also discussed about the road into lyman park not being open to snowmobiles again this year when it was stated it was opened up. John Fox is in contact with West Branch twp. on this. Also discussed was the biggest problem this season was the plowing of roads. The club will need to get answers from DCNR however meetings with them have not occurred since the Covid started.
Membership: Matt stated that memberships are still coming in and had no official report.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0930 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, Janet Pankake, John Greeley and Monique Bates.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the Januaruy meeting and on a unanimous motion by Pavelosky and G. Bollinger they were approved. Matt and Janet also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Swords was approved.
Correspondences: The club received a letter from the Pa dept. of State asking the club to respond by the end of the year on weather it continues to operate by our official name. By not doing so may allow other organizations to also use our name. By unanimous motion of Greeley and Pankake it was approved to allow Matt to respond that we continue to operate solely by our official name.
Old Business: The groomers are both broken down right now. 1 with a broken axle and the other with starting issues.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: 50/50 was drawn and R. Hutson was the winner in the amount of 282.50
Trails: Trails are in decent shape so far. Grooming activities are not happening due to break downs.
Membership: Matt stated that memberships are still coming in and we have 110 so far with 7 businesses.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0920 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Bill Swords, Dave Pavelosky, Janet Pankake, and Clair Daugherty.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the November meeting and on a unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Pankake they were approved. Matt also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Daugherty and G. Bollinger was approved. There was no December meeting. Janet provided the calendar account balance.
Correspondences: Letter from Crown Park Inn in Caribou Maine inviting the club to join them sometime
Old Business: Snowplowing continues to be an issue on a lot of roads. The club will contact state forest offices to help get some answers.

Raffles: Postpone until February meeting
Trails: Trails are in decent shape so far. Grooming activities as time permits.
Membership: Matt stated that memberships are still coming in.

New Business: By unanimous motion of Pankake and Pavelosky it was decided to send a 100 dollar donation to the Cherry Springs Store for maintaining the Skandik. Also by unanimous motion of Pavelosky and M. Bollinger it was decided to donate 500 dollars to the East Fork Sportsmans Club for the use of their building. Additionally by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and M. Bollinger it was decided to have both groomer drags modified to fit each groomer properly so each groomer could be placed in a better location with the correct drag .

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Fox @ 0910 hrs. Those in attendance were : John Fox, Matt Bollinger, John Greeley, Monique Bates, Bill Swords and Clair Daugherty.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from September and October and on a unanimous motion by Greeley and Daugherty they were approved. Matt also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Greeley and Daugherty was approved.
Correspondences: Due to not meeting in October Matt had asked the membership to Back approve the purchase of the annual raffle tickets that the club has purchased in previous years, which was approved by unanimous motion by Greeley and Swords.
Old Business: There will be no club trip for 2021 due to the ongoing Covid travel restrictions in place.

Raffles: No report
Trails: John reported that the trails are looking pretty good and that a few members have did some cleanup in preparation of the upcoming season.
Membership: Matt stated that the memberships would be done today and ready to go out if those in attendance helped get the postage on the envelopes.

New Business: By unanimous motion of Greeley and Daugherty it was decided to renew the web site hosting fee for the club in the amount of 250 dollars.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 1700 hrs. There were numerous members in attendance due to the party occurring after the meeting.
Secretary's Report: Matt read the minutes from the December meeting. By motion of G. Bollinger/Pankake the minutes were approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report: Matt gave the status of the main treasury account and by motion of Fox/Daugherty they were approved by all. Janet also gave an update on the calendar account.
Correspondences: None
Old Business: President Greeley said groomer drags are almost finished and need painted and some hydraulic hoses.
Committee Reports
Raffles: Membership raffle in mail with memberships and will be drawn at the March or April meeting depending on how many memberships are still coming in.
Trails: The trails are open for the season.
Membership: Matt reported they are still coming in and has no further information as of this time on numbers , other then membership still seems to be trending down.
Board of Directors: There was no report.
New Business: Carried over from the December meeting it was requested we consider increasing our donation to the EFSC. We were giving 300 per year for use of building and grounds. By motion of Guise/G. Bollinger it was voted to increase donation to 500 dollars and was approved by all. The check was written immediately and given to J. Fox to give to EFSC.
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is February 19TH at 9 am.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0900 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger by phone, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Due to Matt not attending in person it was decided to approve all outstanding minutes at the January meeting. Janet was present and gave the membership an update on the calendar account. Matt asked for approval to pay next years web-site hosting fee. The member ship agreed to pay and will officially ratify the purchase once Matt has a receipt at the January meeting.

Old Business: The groomer drags are still being worked on.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: Membership raffle in mail with memberships.
Trails: Dave Pavelosky has been through and cleaned most of the trails. The recent windstorms may have caused some damage and trails may need another look. The bridge up at Gaswell and 607 needs to be re-decked. Plastic needs put down on the lower bridge at Wharton on the East Fork. More discussion on the trail from Patterson to the Notch near the Sunken Branch Cut-off.
Membership: Have been mailed
Board of Directors: Add to New business next month the donation to EFSC for approval.
New Business: The New years party will be on January 15th at 5 pm . Meeting at 4 beforehand. There was a lengthy discussion on invitees.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0900 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger by phone, Dahl Eppinger, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: The minutes from the October meeting were no available. Janet provided the financial report for the calendar account. Matt asked the membership if Janet could transfer some money from the calendar account over to general checking. After brief discussion it was decided to transfer 2,000 dollars and by unanimous motion by Fox and Pankake was approved unanimously.

Raffles: No active raffle.
Trails: Dave. Pavelosky gave the trail report as follows: the lower railroad trail at the Hersh property was paved over and the club will try to contact him. The summer work has been completed. Dan Majot is going to fix the pipe on the trail near the old Costello Inn.
Membership: Matt advised that Karen and himself are working on getting them in the mail.
Board of Directors: Would like to set up a meeting with Elk Forest DCNR.
New Business: John Greeley Reported about the meeting with DCNR Susquehannock and said the meeting went well. Talks are in the process of getting the trail opened back up from the lower side of Lyman from the Patterson Lumber company to the Mack Bus. The club was also advised that we may groom Wild Boy and Nelson Run/ rock Ridge roads in the future. It was decided that we would tread lightly on any grooming past the Wild Boy due to the age of our equipment and see how things progress.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0910 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the April meeting and on a unanimous motion by G. Bollinger and J. Fox were approved. Matt and Janet also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Pankake was approved. Matt advised the clubs small games of chance license was renewed.
Correspondences:
Old Business: The groomer drags are still being reconfigured. Matt advised that to continue with the filing of the club’s decennial report to the Pa dept of state a 75-dollar fee was required. The membership agrees to continue the filing as per the motion in the February 20th meeting.

Raffles: No active raffle.
