January 15, 2022
The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 1700 hrs. There were numerous members in attendance due to the party occurring after the meeting.
Secretary's Report: Matt read the minutes from the December meeting. By motion of G. Bollinger/Pankake the minutes were approved by all.
Treasurer’s Report: Matt gave the status of the main treasury account and by motion of Fox/Daugherty they were approved by all. Janet also gave an update on the calendar account.
Correspondences: None
Old Business: President Greeley said groomer drags are almost finished and need painted and some hydraulic hoses.
Committee Reports
Raffles: Membership raffle in mail with memberships and will be drawn at the March or April meeting depending on how many memberships are still coming in.
Trails: The trails are open for the season.
Membership: Matt reported they are still coming in and has no further information as of this time on numbers , other then membership still seems to be trending down.
Board of Directors: There was no report.
New Business: Carried over from the December meeting it was requested we consider increasing our donation to the EFSC. We were giving 300 per year for use of building and grounds. By motion of Guise/G. Bollinger it was voted to increase donation to 500 dollars and was approved by all. The check was written immediately and given to J. Fox to give to EFSC.
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is February 19TH at 9 am.

December 18, 2021
The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0900 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger by phone, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Due to Matt not attending in person it was decided to approve all outstanding minutes at the January meeting. Janet was present and gave the membership an update on the calendar account. Matt asked for approval to pay next years web-site hosting fee. The member ship agreed to pay and will officially ratify the purchase once Matt has a receipt at the January meeting.
Correspondences: None
Old Business: The groomer drags are still being worked on.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: Membership raffle in mail with memberships.
Trails: Dave Pavelosky has been through and cleaned most of the trails. The recent windstorms may have caused some damage and trails may need another look. The bridge up at Gaswell and 607 needs to be re-decked. Plastic needs put down on the lower bridge at Wharton on the East Fork. More discussion on the trail from Patterson to the Notch near the Sunken Branch Cut-off.
Membership: Have been mailed
Board of Directors: Add to New business next month the donation to EFSC for approval.
New Business: The New years party will be on January 15th at 5 pm . Meeting at 4 beforehand. There was a lengthy discussion on invitees.
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is January 15TH at 4 pm

November 20, 2021
The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0900 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger by phone, Dahl Eppinger, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: The minutes from the October meeting were no available. Janet provided the financial report for the calendar account. Matt asked the membership if Janet could transfer some money from the calendar account over to general checking. After brief discussion it was decided to transfer 2,000 dollars and by unanimous motion by Fox and Pankake was approved unanimously.

Old Business: The groomer drags are still being worked on.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: No active raffle.
Trails: Dave. Pavelosky gave the trail report as follows: the lower railroad trail at the Hersh property was paved over and the club will try to contact him. The summer work has been completed. Dan Majot is going to fix the pipe on the trail near the old Costello Inn.
Membership: Matt advised that Karen and himself are working on getting them in the mail.
Board of Directors: Would like to set up a meeting with Elk Forest DCNR.
New Business: John Greeley Reported about the meeting with DCNR Susquehannock and said the meeting went well. Talks are in the process of getting the trail opened back up from the lower side of Lyman from the Patterson Lumber company to the Mack Bus. The club was also advised that we may groom Wild Boy and Nelson Run/ rock Ridge roads in the future. It was decided that we would tread lightly on any grooming past the Wild Boy due to the age of our equipment and see how things progress.

The regular monthly meeting of the Southern Potter Snowmobile Club was called to order by President J. Greeley @ 0910 hrs. Those in attendance were , John Fox, Matt Bollinger, George Bollinger, Dave Pavelosky, and Janet Pankake.
Secretaries and Treasurer Report: Matt read minutes from the April meeting and on a unanimous motion by G. Bollinger and J. Fox were approved. Matt and Janet also provided the financial report and by unanimous motion by Pavelosky and Pankake was approved. Matt advised the clubs small games of chance license was renewed.
Correspondences:
Old Business: The groomer drags are still being reconfigured. Matt advised that to continue with the filing of the club’s decennial report to the Pa dept of state a 75-dollar fee was required. The membership agrees to continue the filing as per the motion in the February 20th meeting.
Committee Reports:
Raffles: No active raffle.

New Business: The membership approved the following signers to all accounts at Northwest Bank ending in (1019) and( 0340 ) “John Greeley, John Fox, Matt Bollinger and Janet Pankake”
Good and Welfare: Next scheduled club meeting is October 30TH at 1030 am. Picnic to follow after.
